From Interstate I-81: Take Exit 69 onto highway 394 towards Blountville/Bristol. Turn left on Blountville Blvd. Turn left at traffic light, office is 100 yards on left, immediately past Burger King and Phillips Insurance Agency.
From Highway 11-W: Near the highway patrol office, turn onto highway 394 towards Blountville/Bristol (Turn will be Right from Kingsport/Left from Bristol). Quarter mile after going under the interstate, turn left on Blountville Blvd. Turn left at traffic light, office is 100 yards on left, immediately past Burger King and Phillips Insurance Agency.
From Highway 11-E: Take Highway 394 Exit near Bristol Motor Speedway (or from Bristol, Exide Dr. to 394) to Blountville. Turn right onto Blountville Blvd. at Food City Shopping Center. Turn right at 2nd traffic light, office is 100 yards on left, immediately past Burger King and Phillips Insurance Agency.
From West Bristol: Take Highway-126 (Blountville Highway) from W. State St. to Blountville. Office is 100 yards before traffic light at the Burger King in Blountville.
From East Kingsport: Take Highway 126 (Memorial Blvd.) toward Blountville. Office is 100 yards past traffic light at the Burger King in Blountville.
